DR. CAITLIN LEONARD

Dr. Leonard is a Colorado native. She grew up in the Denver area and attended Colorado State University for her bachelor’s degree and the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. She has additional training and certifications in veterinary acupuncture, animal chiropractic, and canine rehabilitation therapy (similar to human Physical Therapy).

After veterinary school Caitlin worked five years at a small animal, general medicine practice doing everything from surgery to vaccinations for cats, rabbits, dogs, and other critters. The last three years she worked at a busy canine rehabilitation center focusing on her passion for holistic care, performing evaluations and treatments of geriatric pets, post-surgical & injury cases, and canine athletes.

In her free time, Dr. Leonard enjoys running, swimming, biking, yoga, and learning more about the different canine sports and events. Caitlin and her husband share their home with two energetic Boxers, Charlie and Chaco, as well as three parakeets.
